Ordered directly from Anker and had it delivered by Evri to a locker. Anker gave Evri a wrong email and I never got any notifications. I complained to Evri who said it was Anker’s mistake. Anker told me to contact Evri. Went around in circles, eventually after escalation to Anker I got a refund. Never got the products so can’t review them, and I won’t buy from Anker again.

I had ordered a 2in1 magnetic Charing stand. The seal of the box was broken on delivery which made me think about the integrity of the product inside. However, the quality of the product seemed fine and works well hence I decided to keep it. The customer service representative was also very helpful to resolve my issue by offering a partial refund.

The cable lasted a week, I shouldn’t have the faff and extra cost of having to replace this so soon. Not hugely happy Anker.

Excellent product! I spend a lot of time on my phone and computer for work, so this stand is really convenient. Its vertical movement feature lets me use my phone more effectively.

I've faced issues with other wireless chargers when trying to charge my AirPods, as they would either stop charging or slip off the pad. However, this stand's charging lights are a great help!
