Shipping policy

Free Shipping on All Orders

How long does delivery take?

3-7 business days. (Note: The delivery time of pre-sale products is subject to the arrival time.)

What countries do you ship to?

UK only.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Anker products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route, but you can cancel an order within 60 minutes and reorder with accurate details.

Notes:
  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Anker will not replace the order or issue a refund.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Please contact customer support at support@anker.com.

Delivery Issue Policy

Reporting Timeframe
If you experience any delivery issue, including missing items, incorrect items, or damaged packages, please contact Anker Customer Support within 7 days of the carrier's "delivered" date.
For orders marked as "delivered" but not received, we encourage you to contact us within 30 days. After 30 days, logistics data may no longer be available, which may significantly limit our ability to investigate the issue with the carrier.
Note: This reporting timeframe is part of our standard operating procedure and does not affect your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country or region of residence.

Delivered But Not Received (DBNR)
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received the package:
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Check nearby areas (e.g., side doors, mailrooms, package lockers).
If you still cannot locate the package, please contact Anker immediately. To support our investigation, you may be required to provide:
  • A signed Declaration of Non-Receipt, using the form provided by our support team.
  • Additional documentation, depending on your region and the order value, such as a police report number or surveillance footage.
Anker will actively investigate the issue with the carrier. While lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery are not covered under our standard product warranty, we are committed to working with you to find a resolution in accordance with your local statutory rights.

Address Changes and Security
For your financial security and to help prevent fraud, Anker cannot accept requests to change shipping addresses via Live Chat, phone, or email once an order has been dispatched.
  • Before Shipping: If you need to update your shipping address, please contact Anker Support and provide an order screenshot or invoice for verification. Address change requests submitted without valid proof of purchase will not be processed.
  • After Dispatch: The shipping address cannot be changed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Anker is not liable for packages that are lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Replacement Return Clause
  • If Anker issues a replacement for a reported lost package and the original package is later delivered to you, you must notify us within 7 days. We will provide a prepaid return label. Failure to return the original package may result in Anker seeking recovery of the replacement cost, subject to and within the limits of applicable local laws.
