I've only had to charge it up once, you have to really plug USB s in forcefully, otherwise it doesn't seem to connect.

This is my second one, because the first one is still perfect! I got this one for my son, along w the carrying case (u need this case too, trust me on this). ENJOY
p.s. out of my 8 power banks of similar size, this one held a 99% charge (stored cool n dry) for 12months. The other's did not by a 40% loss. Not this Anker

Well designed compact power station with a small footprint, plenty of USB-C sockets and solar compatible. What's not to like?

I exactneeded a power supply for my amateur radio walking expeditions and this unit fits the bill exactly

I especially enjoy the bi-directional usb-c ports, and xt-60 solar charging port. I can charge it with a car battery, another power station, or a solar panel. I like the 3 setting light that only uses 1w, 2w, or 3w on the highest setting. I like the 12v plug that I can use to run lights, etc. I like the 288Wh capacity. It is a prize and I am very glad to have it.
