Really useful and great battery capacity

Very useful for charging/running my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Love the folding stand facility and a good strong magnet keeping everything together, perfect.

Unit worked 1 day, then it stopped working. Called customer service and within 2 days they responded with a few instructions on troubleshooting the device. Then 3 days later they asked me to do a few more things. And finally about 2 days after Anker sent me a return label for a new unit. In all, it’s been a little over a week. Then I have to wait until Anker gets the defective unit so they can send me a new one. So looks like I wont be using the device for another 10-15 days.

Works perfectly, heavier than expected but not a problem. Snap of magnetics mean correct placement instantly. Charing Cable that is provided is very short- could be longer to reach the plug socket or an extension lead place on the floor from an average bedside table as currently it only reaches about half way.

Liked it at first, but now it isn't holding a charge and is inconsistent when charging phone
