Purchased from UK store but sent with a US plug. Trying to reach out to Customer Service bur so far have had a very bad experience and haven't bothered to read my email, replied with a scripted response.

Excellent product. Everything works great. Its efficient. Portable and works flawlessly.

The battery started to fail within 3 months of purchase. It was rarely used and still in pristine condition cosmetically. It first stopped charging when it's on the charging base, and then started to show a UVP warning when I tried to charge it from one of the USB-C ports. I contacted customer service and sent it back, but the replacement battery (and the box it came with) was beaten up, with obvious scratches on both front and back of the battery.  

Worked perfectly, handled 2 Samsung Phones and 1 Watch with no trouble and recharged all 3 devices smoothly. Display was nice and very easy to read and comprehend.

Super fast 100 watt charging on the included base. Completes full charge in about an hour. Produces enough power for all my devices. My wife ran an essential oil diffuser for 10 hours on one charge.
