I’m not impressed with this power bank. It charges slowly and even causes my phone to overheat, making it take longer to charge than my old, cheaper power bank. It’s also not as slim as I expected.

I cannot charge my phone with this and use it at the same time. Brand new, fully charged it and then battery started depleting as it was ‘charging’!

Two service requests and still no delivery. First one was lost by the courier Evei. Second one i have no idea where it is. Should have been here in no later than 8 days. Now it's already 10.

Unhappy, overheating and poor charging performance
Very lumpy charing performance, refuses to charge my iPad, charges my iPhone very slowly, and overheats when charging. Read online about recent products recall and decided to order from anoter brand instead
