It was left outside in the rain for hours. It wasn’t stolen but the box was water damaged the product works. It was a birthday present for my partner. I think you might need to reconsider your courier company.

The only problem I see is with the watch doc which is a bit slippery and they supply a few stickers that kinda work but not ideal ,and the main phone doc has no tilt which would be great but there are alternative that do for £50 so you can choose

This 3 in 1 charging stand from Anker is well worth its money. Quality is top notch. Love how they also added the stickers for the watch puck. Was able to charge my AirPods Pro without taking its (dbrand) case off. Detachable usb-c cable is long enough for a standing desk. I wish the wireless phone charger’s angle could be adjustable. But overall it’s an excellent product and design.
